My rates are slightly lower than other notaries in the area. This is because I am new and testing the waters. I figure the best way to gain initial clientele is to give you a motivation to try me out. Once I am established, prices may increase but not for the immediate future. I believe honesty is the best policy, so I wanted to share this with you from the beginning.

Voting Materials No charge
Certified Copies of Power of attorney $10.00
Veteran’s Benifits No Charge
Travel and Miscelaneous fees
I am Visalia based and charge a flat fee of $20 for anywhere within Visalia City Limits.
Outside of Visalia is $20 plus $1.00 per mile past city limits.
Cancellation fee: If cancelled 24 hours prior to designated meet up time, I do not charge a cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of our appointment, I charge a $5 fee.
A no call/no show will cost $10 cancellation fee plus the rate agreed upon for miles.
If needed to meet at a healthcare facility, jail, or hospital, there are special requirements I must follow that can be discussed upon contact.
